This Tourist Information Center, located just outside the Jaffna Railway Station, is managed by the Northern Province Tourism Bureau. The initiative was envisioned and launched in 2019 by the former Governor of the Northern Province, Dr. Suren Raghavan.

The centre offers free brochures with extensive information, visual displays, and a selection of souvenirs for sale.
