2nd Jaffna International Book Festival – Day Two Today
The second Jaffna International Book Festival, which was officially inaugurated yesterday by the Governor of the Northern Province, N. Vedanayahan, together with writer Kokila Mahendran, continues today at the Thiruvalluvar Cultural Hall and will run until the 17th of this month.
Organized jointly by the Jaffna Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Engada Puththagangal (Our Books) organization, the fair is attracting a large number of visitors. Many are purchasing books of their choice and taking part enthusiastically in the event.
