32-Year-Old Man Dies After Being Admitted to Jaffna Teaching Hospital
A 32-year-old family man from Mannar, who had reportedly been severely addicted to drug use, has died while receiving treatment at the Jaffna Teaching Hospital.
The deceased had been admitted to the hospital on May 28 due to a sudden and serious illness and was transferred for further emergency treatment.
He was receiving special medical care in the Intensive Care Unit, but despite treatment, he passed away yesterday.
Further investigations are being carried out into the incident.
