The High Commission of India in Colombo has announced that from November 3, 2025, all visa, and consular services will be managed directly by the High Commission in Colombo, and its regional offices in Kandy and Jaffna.
The current outsourcing partner, IVS Lanka, will operate only until October 31, 2025, with its website (www.ivsvisalanka.com) remaining active until that date to assist applicants. A new online appointment system will be introduced soon.
Applicants are advised to contact the High Commission of India in Colombo, the Assistant High Commission in Kandy, or the Consulate General in Jaffna for future services. All applicants may book their appointments through the appointment management systems being set up.
