Kilinochchi Welcomes New District Secretary, Subramaniyam Muralidharan
Following his appointment, Subramaniam Muralitharan formally assumed his duties as the District Secretary of Kilinochchi District this morning.
Subramaniam Muralidharan, who previously served as the Acting District Secretary of Kilinochchi District, was appointed as the District Secretary of Kilinochchi District on June 5 and officially received his appointment letter.
Prior to this, Muralidharan served as the Additional District Secretary (Land) of Jaffna District.
