A Bold New Era for Global Tourism Begins in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia launched TOURISE last week, the world’s first global platform uniting leaders across tourism, tech, investment, and sustainability.

Announced by Minister of Tourism H.E. Ahmed Al-Khateeb, TOURISE aims to reset the industry for the next 50 years with bold innovation, high-impact investments, and year-round collaboration.

Backed by a powerhouse advisory board, including CEOs from WTTC, Amadeus, Cirque du Soleil, and Heathrow Airport, TOURISE will debut with a high-level Summit in Riyadh from November 11–13, 2025. Themes include AI-powered tourism, disruptive models, and sustainable travel.

The platform will also host the inaugural TOURISE Awards, honoring excellence in sustainability, digital innovation, and inclusive tourism. Nominations open June 2.

Saudi Arabia, having reached 100 million visitors in 2024, continues to lead global tourism transformation.
